R+V Insurance is seeking a corporate client advisor for business buying groups and associations in Dortmund. The role focuses on insurance tailored to agriculture and horticulture. It offers secure permanent employment, good pay and a team built on trust and cooperation.
What You'll Learn
- Advice and networking: Provide comprehensive support to corporate clients in buying groups and associations, using strong industry knowledge and tailored solutions.
- Industry advice: Advise on suitable insurance and sell products covering specific occupational risks in agriculture.
- Main contact: Support member companies of buying groups and associations and actively grow the regional customer base.
- Tailored solutions: Guide existing and new customers from assessing their needs to creating a suitable insurance plan.
- Long term partnerships: Maintain and strengthen trusted business relationships with association boards, buying group headquarters and individual companies.
- Internal networking: Develop the sales territory with specialist departments, product managers and field sales colleagues.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist or an equivalent qualification, optionally with a university or university of applied sciences degree
- Experience in insurance field sales, ideally with corporate clients or commercial insurance
- Confident manner and negotiation skills at management level
- Knowledge of retail, skilled trades or specialist business sectors is an advantage
- An organised, independent approach with a strong focus on customers
- Openness to digital tools and modern sales channels
