About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- Protection: Develop tailored insurance solutions for company pensions, company health and accident insurance and value accounts for business clients of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken
- Advice: Identify customer needs and support them in person or digitally
- Customer management: Maintain existing relationships and win new customers with individual insurance concepts
- Knowledge transfer: Identify market opportunities and support the sales partner and team with your knowledge
Requirements
- Training in insurance, e.g. insurance specialist, insurance clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Solid professional and sales knowledge in company pension business and tax-related topics
- Strong communication skills, empathy and clear customer focus
- Digital affinity and initiative
