Apprenticeship Retail Salesperson / Sales Assistant - Garden Department

For the training start on 01.08.2027, toom Baumarkt is looking for you as a future toomworker. You can train as a sales assistant in 2 years or as a retail merchant in 3 years in the garden department. Respect, mutual appreciation and support come first in the team. The training takes place within the store opening hours.

• You get to know the different departments of the garden center, from houseplants and garden building materials to lawn mowers and grills
• You take responsibility in your own projects
• You also keep developing through trainee seminars and specialist training and are very well prepared for your exam
• Sales assistant: You learn everything about customer advice, product presentation, checkout work and the daily routine in the garden department.
• Retail merchant: You also deepen your knowledge of business topics, take responsibility in your own projects and grow into a sales professional.
