Apprenticeship for High School Graduates & Retail Management Program for Future Leaders

• In the high school graduate & retail specialist program for future leaders you are integrated into our company from day one and learn the trade, toom, and all processes up close on the shop floor from various perspectives
• Within 18 months you already obtain the title of retail merchant (m/f/d), then in 22 months you complete the advanced training to become a retail specialist and the trainer aptitude certificate (AdA)
• You rotate through the various specialist departments in the store, acquire specific product knowledge of our ranges, and learn how to advise customers optimally and conduct sales talks
• You also accompany the store managers in their daily work and are perfectly prepared for entry as a junior manager
• Approximately every 6 weeks you attend 5-day theory modules at our training provider in Neuwied and benefit from excellent learning conditions in small groups

• General higher education entrance qualification or university of applied sciences entrance qualification
• Enjoyment of customer contact and fun dealing with customers
• Interest in trade and our DIY product range
• High level of communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team and later leading one yourself
• High willingness to perform, resilience, and strong talent for self-organization
• Regional flexibility (for the advanced training to become a retail specialist)
