Corporate benefits adviser / workplace benefits sales specialist in bank distribution

Advise business customers on workplace benefits through bank distribution in the Emmendingen region. The role offers secure permanent employment, flexible working arrangements and career development.

• Protection: Develop tailored solutions for the business customers of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken covering occupational pensions, company health and accident insurance, and working time savings accounts, helping them plan for the future with confidence.
• Advice: Focus on what matters to customers. Identify their needs and guide them in person or digitally towards greater security.
• Customer management: Build trust with every contact. Maintain existing relationships and attract new customers with tailored insurance plans.
• Knowledge sharing: Identify market opportunities and share your expertise with the distribution partner and team to achieve greater success together.

• Vocational training in insurance, for example as an insurance specialist or insurance clerk, or a comparable qualification
• Strong technical and sales knowledge of occupational pensions and tax-related matters
• Strong communication skills, empathy and a clear focus on customers
• Confidence with digital tools and the ability to take initiative
