What You'll Learn
- Develop tailored insurance solutions for company pension schemes, company health and accident insurance and value accounts for corporate clients of Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks
- Determine customer needs and provide personal or digital guidance
- Maintain existing relationships and acquire new customers with individual insurance concepts
- Identify market opportunities and support sales partner and team with expertise
Requirements
- Vocational training in insurance, e.g. insurance specialist, insurance clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
- Sound technical and sales knowledge in company pension business and tax-relevant topics
- Communication skills, empathy and strong customer orientation
- Digital affinity and initiative
