Corporate Benefits Adviser / Employee Benefits Sales Expert in Bank Distribution

R+V is seeking a corporate benefits adviser and employee benefits sales expert for bank distribution in Gladbeck. This permanent position is part of the Ruhr-Lippe customer and district directorate team and offers flexible hybrid working.

• Develop tailored insurance solutions for business customers of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken covering company pensions, company health and accident insurance, and working-time savings accounts
• Identify customers' needs and support them in person or digitally in improving their financial protection
• Maintain existing customer relationships and attract new customers with individual insurance plans
• Identify market opportunities and share expertise with the distribution partner and team

• Vocational training in insurance, such as an IHK insurance adviser qualification or insurance clerk qualification, or an equivalent qualification
• Strong technical and sales knowledge of company pensions and tax-related matters
• Strong communication skills, empathy and a clear customer focus
• Confidence with digital tools and initiative
