- Protection: You find suitable insurance solutions for private customers of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken so they can look to the future with ease.
- Advice: The focus is on what really matters to our customers. You identify their needs and accompany them in person or digitally on the way to more security.
- Customer management: Trust grows with every contact. You maintain existing relationships and win new customers with individual insurance concepts.
Requirements
- Career starter or career changer: Our thorough onboarding and mentoring program guarantees you a quick start and lasting success.
- You have completed training, ideally in a commercial field, and first experience in sales.
- With a good sense for your customers' needs, you find the right solution.
- You are outgoing and like approaching people.
