Deputy department manager/team leader for logistics control

Deputy management role in the S.OLIVER GROUP logistics control centre. The role covers monitoring delivery orders, coordinating picking areas, resolving system problems and preparing reports using SAP EWM and Excel.

• Act as deputy department manager/team leader in the logistics control centre, monitoring the processing of delivery orders in areas such as the pick tower, pouch sorter, packing and dispatch
• Make the best use of picking areas by balancing the mix of orders in each picking wave
• Use your SAP EWM knowledge to identify and resolve system problems
• Create CMMS tickets based on reported faults and observations in the conveyor system visualisation
• Analyse SAP EWM data in Excel and contribute to useful reporting

• You have completed commercial or logistics vocational training or hold a comparable qualification, ideally with some experience in a similar logistics role. You also have initial leadership experience and want to use it in operational leadership and staff management
• You have gained good knowledge of inventory management systems and SAP EWM during your career
• You work in a structured, analytical way, learn quickly and are willing to work shifts and Saturdays
• You communicate in German and also have good spoken and written English
• You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel
