Technical Facility Manager Retail

You independently plan, manage, and implement conversion, renovation, and maintenance measures for our retail spaces in Germany and Austria. From the initial idea to successful completion, you keep budgets, deadlines, quality, and project results in view and ensure smooth execution. You conduct inspections of our retail branches regarding fire protection requirements, occupational safety, and official regulations. The technical and economic evaluation of sites, offers, and execution variants belongs to your area of responsibility as well as the commissioning of suitable service providers. With your expertise, you actively contribute to the further development of our structural standards, processes, and concepts and support the continuous optimization of our branch network.

You have successfully completed a craft-based basic training and ideally further training as a technician, master, or in facility management. The further training is an advantage but not a must. Your professional experience in controlling maintenance measures, ideally in a retail, commercial, or branch environment, enables you to handle complex project requirements confidently. Economic thinking and a pronounced understanding of technical interrelationships help you make sound decisions and drive projects forward successfully. A structured working style, organizational strength, and communication skills characterize you, and you are willing to travel within Germany and Austria. Further training is a matter of course for you, and you are willing to acquire additional qualifications such as a safety officer, security officer, or fire protection officer, or ideally bring existing qualifications in these areas.
