During your apprenticeship in retail at our outlet in Stadtbergen, you will develop into a true sales talent and support our customers in finding looks that perfectly match their style and needs. With a feel for trends, products, and people, you create inspiring shopping experiences and turn customers into true fans of our brands. The attractive presentation of our collections is also in your hands, creating sales areas that invite discovery and shopping. Insights into behind-the-scenes processes show you how merchandise is controlled, sales promotions are implemented, and organizational tasks in the store are planned. During your apprenticeship, you will build sound product knowledge and learn everything about materials, fits, quality features, and care of our products. Development into a sales talent and support of customers in finding suitable looks. Creation of inspiring shopping experiences and binding of customers to the brands. Attractive presentation of collections and design of inviting sales areas. Insights into merchandise control, implementation of sales promotions, and organizational store planning. Building sound product knowledge about materials, fits, quality features, and product care.

You have at least a good to very good qualifying secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) or are about to graduate. A career in the fashion industry has always been your dream, and no one can match your sense of trends. An open, positive charisma and a friendly demeanor characterize you. Team spirit, initiative, and a sense of responsibility are second nature to you. First experience in retail, for example through internships or part-time jobs, is an advantage but not a must. Duration of apprenticeship: Salesperson (2 years), Retail Management Assistant (+ 1 year). In accordance with our inclusion agreement, we encourage severely disabled and equivalent persons to apply.
