Purchaser

Your instinct for good terms advances our purchasing. As a purchaser (m/f/d), you are responsible for your own supplier relationships, terms, and contracts in the purchasing department of Sander GmbH. You conduct price negotiations, make decisions in your product group area, and ensure economical and quality-compliant procurement. For 50 years, Sander has served all markets in the food-service sector: from hotels and restaurants to communal catering with company restaurants and schools, to healthcare catering with clinics and nursing homes. We produce over 2,500 high-quality products in our 15 in-house manufacturing areas.

• Preparation and administrative handling of term agreements, contracts, and contract documents, monitoring of terms and deadlines
• Processing of article inquiries, obtaining quotes and samples, creation of quote and price comparisons
• Maintenance of articles, prices, suppliers, and purchasing-relevant master data in the designated systems
• Coordination of operational queries with suppliers and obtaining self-disclosures, certificates, and further proofs
• Preparation of purchasing, price, and quantity data for evaluations and presentations
• Participation in new product launches, assortment adjustments, audits, and certifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Initial experience in purchasing
• Proficient in MS Office, ideally experience with merchandise management or purchasing systems
• Structured, meticulous, and numbers-oriented work approach
• Strong communication skills in dealing with suppliers and internal departments such as category management, quality management, or production
