Marketing Allrounder Part-time or Full-time

Do you enjoy not only planning marketing but also implementing it? Do you think creatively, organize well, and keep an overview even when multiple topics are running simultaneously? Then we would like to get to know you. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Marketing Allrounder (m/f/d) who independently manages, further develops, and brings new ideas to life together with us. For graphic implementation, we already have support in the team. Therefore, we are not looking for a pure graphic specialist, but a marketing allrounder with a hands-on mentality who coordinates and implements content, campaigns, and projects.

• Planning, coordination, and implementation of our marketing measures and campaigns
• Maintenance and further development of our website as well as creation and maintenance of content for website, social media, and other channels
• Planning and support of our social media activities as well as creation and dispatch of newsletters and email campaigns
• Creation and revision of texts for different target groups and communication channels
• Collaboration with our graphic designer and external service providers in the creation of marketing materials, advertisements, and campaigns
• Support of sales with suitable documents, presentations, and marketing measures as well as planning and execution of trade fairs, events, and customer campaigns
• Observation of market and competitive developments as well as evaluation and optimization of our marketing activities

• Training or degree in marketing, communications, media, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in marketing – preferably in a broadly positioned marketing function
• Very good sense of language and enjoyment in writing and preparing content
• Experience with websites, content management systems, and digital marketing channels
• Knowledge in social media and email marketing
• Proficient use of common office applications
• Good sense for design and brand appearance – you don't have to be a graphic design pro
• Organizational talent and the ability to keep multiple projects in view simultaneously
• Initiative, reliability, and a structured way of working
• Interest in trying out new tools and possibilities – for example in the area of AI and marketing automation – and using them sensibly
