HR Officer with Focus on Recruiting - Full-time

SAPROS is a family-run company based in Ilsfeld, specializing in fresh food, ready-to-cook products, delicatessen and antipasti. It is looking for reinforcement for its HR department. You take responsibility for operational HR work across the whole employee lifecycle and help develop and digitalize HR processes.

• Managing the entire recruiting process, from creating and publishing job ads to coordinating and conducting interviews and supporting the selection process
• Organizing and supporting onboarding of new employees and offboarding
• Contact person for employees on HR-related questions
• Close and trusting cooperation with management on operational and strategic HR topics
• Responsibility for training organization and coordination, supporting trainees and working with the departments involved
• Creating HR analyses, statistics and reports for management
• Advising and supporting managers on HR-related questions and decisions
• Further development and digitalization of HR processes, and introduction and optimization of suitable HR tools
• Contributing to HR projects and continuously optimizing existing HR processes

• Completed commercial training, a degree with an HR focus, or a comparable qualification
• Practical work experience in HR, ideally in a generalist HR function
• Good knowledge of personnel administration and a solid understanding of relevant labor law requirements
• Confident use of digital applications and MS Office; experience with HR and time management systems is desirable
• Very careful, structured and self-reliant way of working
• Strong sense of responsibility and a trustworthy, discreet handling of sensitive information
• Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented manner toward employees and managers
• Enjoyment in questioning existing processes, developing pragmatic solutions and further developing HR processes
• Openness to digital solutions and willingness to learn new systems and topics independently
