Internship at the Global Technology Center E-Motor

Six-month internship at Schaeffler's Global Technology Center E-Motor starting in August 2026. Support electric motor production processes, development projects and prototype construction. Listed locations: Bad Vilbel and Bühl.

• Design and detail fixtures for new production processes in electric motor manufacturing
• Independently plan and carry out tests of new machine components and processes
• Support development projects
• Help build prototypes for customer projects
• Evaluate and document tests using product samples and limit testing for customers

• Proof of university enrollment during the internship is a basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler
• Studying mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering, materials science with a focus on mechanical engineering or a comparable subject
• Very good spoken and written German
• Good spoken and written English
• Confident use of MS Office
• Very good analytical and logical skills
• Teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility
