Working Student in Battery Research and Electrochemistry

• Help carry out practical work in the electrochemistry laboratory
• Assist with preparing electrochemical measurement cells, including half cells and full cells
• Carry out delicate work in a glove box
• Help prepare samples for analysis
• Help document completed work and prepare technical reports

• Currently studying chemistry, chemical engineering, physics, battery technology or a similar engineering or natural science subject
• Practical laboratory experience, including setting up standard reaction apparatus and recrystallisation
• Experience with simple reactions, such as functionalisation by tipping and shaking, is desirable
• Knowledge of electrochemical measurements is an advantage
• Practical or technical skills are an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German or English
• Strong commitment, creativity and initiative
