A prerequisite for a working student position at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment during the activity. This position is to be filled from February 2027.

• Assistance in case processing, particularly in the preparation of works council hearings
• Taking on administrative tasks in the context of individual personnel measures, such as hiring, transfers, reclassifications and organizational changes
• Participation in daily business, for example processing applications and preparing references and warnings
• Support in the organization and implementation of current projects and special topics

• Studies in business administration, business psychology, business education or a comparable course of study
• First experience in human resources desirable
• Proficient in MS Office
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Open and committed manner towards internal and external interfaces
• Independent and structured way of working as well as good communication skills
