Facility Technician / Plant Mechanic Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning in Neustadt

You have a strong understanding of technical processes, operating technology and well-organized processes? Then support our technical team effectively and help shape key processes in the background.

• Continuous maintenance: You carry out maintenance work in plumbing, heating and air conditioning in compliance with the relevant regulations.
• Legally compliant documentation: You document all services in a legally compliant way and help maintain the system documentation in the CAFM system.
• Cross-trade collaboration: You work across trades in the building services team in all areas of building maintenance.
• Professional support: You competently support construction and maintenance work of other departments and external companies.
• Reliable on-call duty: You take part in on-call duty and are available when needed.

• You have completed training as a plant mechanic for plumbing, heating and air conditioning, as a central heating and ventilation installer or as a gas and water fitter (m/f/d).
• You have knowledge of the relevant regulations and good IT skills; experience with CAFM systems is an advantage.
• With your quick grasp, you analyze technical problems and reliably resolve difficulties in application.
• Commitment, teamwork and service orientation shape your daily work, and you are willing to take part in further training.
• You have several years of professional experience and hold a class B driving licence.
