• Participation in glass production including the basics of glass melting and glass properties
• Processing and finishing of glass (e.g. grinding, polishing and sawing)
• Monitoring and controlling the respective production processes including quality assurance
• Maintenance of technical equipment

• Good secondary school leaving certificate (Haupt-/Realschulabschluss)
• Technical understanding and practical skills
• Teamwork ability, flexibility, and reliability
• Logical thinking and a good grasp of concepts
• Interest in mathematics, physics, and chemistry
• Willingness to work in shifts
