Field Sales Consultant

The company is seeking a Field Sales Consultant (m/f/d) for its Eastern Germany team to support the Disinfection and Hygiene sales division. Dr. Schumacher develops and manufactures products for disinfection, hygiene, cleaning, care and cosmetics.

Manage and advise customers in the assigned sales territory; acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships, including responsibility for sales, volumes and budgets; conduct hygiene and product training and coordinate disinfection plans and hygiene manuals; evaluate, analyse, report and document customer-specific sales data; maintain information in CAS and CRM systems; attend trade fairs and events.

Completed commercial or medical-scientific vocational training with several years of experience in field sales; very good industry and market knowledge; sales- and customer-oriented, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking; strong communication and negotiation skills; confident use of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, monitoring and reporting tools; high willingness to travel within the assigned region. Ideally, the candidate lives in postal code areas 10, 12, 13, 16 or 17.
