Junior Talent Management Specialist

Dr. Schumacher is looking for support for its HR team at its headquarters in Malsfeld. The role supports the recruitment, development and long-term growth of talent in an international family-owned company.

Provide operational and conceptual support for personnel development; help plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate development and qualification measures; contribute to talent management and succession-planning processes; prepare, follow up and document development and employee discussions; derive individual development measures; collect and analyse relevant key figures; support audits and documentation obligations; help expand employer branding.

Completed degree in human resources management, education, psychology or business administration, or an equivalent qualification; alternatively, commercial vocational training with additional HR or personnel-development qualifications; initial HR experience; basic knowledge of personnel development, learning formats, feedback processes and talent management; confident use of MS Office; strong communication and service skills, structured and independent working style, discretion and analytical ability.
