Product Manager International Procurement - Refrigeration Technology

In the refrigeration technology area of the Schwarz Group, you are responsible for cross-division procurement of refrigerated shelves, freezers and cold rooms for stores and logistics centres. Full-time, for experienced professionals, in Heilbronn.

• Driving innovation: You create precise specifications for forward-looking refrigeration products and take our technology to the next level.
• Managing interfaces: As the central point of contact for our stakeholders, you are the expert adviser on all procurement topics.
• Product revolution: You continuously develop existing products together with our manufacturers and optimise them for global use.
• Solution finder: In close coordination with the specialist departments, you develop tailored solutions that fit the needs of our markets exactly.
• Quality guarantor: You organise sampling and product tests and make sure only top quality reaches our stores.
• Process designer: You use your freedom to actively shape and improve processes within the department.
• Analyst & strategist: Using sound reporting, you identify room for improvement and continuously optimise prices and processes.

• Your foundation: A completed technical degree or further training as an engineer/technician in building services, energy and heating technology, or refrigeration and air conditioning technology.
• Your experience: Ideally you already have some professional experience in product management or technical procurement.
• Your way of working: You work independently and in a structured way, and keep an overview even in complex projects.
• Your personality: You are a communicative team player with a confident manner, who loves innovation and finds solutions instead of looking for problems.
• Your skills: A strong sense for numbers and an analytical mindset define you.
