Master Craftsman / Technician Electrical and Building Technology

At the Bildungscampus Heilbronn, Schwarz Campus Service is looking for a highly experienced expert who takes responsibility from day one and plans, supports and manages forward-looking building infrastructure projects: from HCL lighting concepts and PV and battery storage systems to EV charging infrastructure. Full-time.

• Project responsibility & TechOps: Independent management and implementation of flagship projects in construction-accompanying electrical engineering and building infrastructure.
• High-end technologies: Technical support and realization of state-of-the-art building installations (e.g. battery storage, PV systems, EV charging infrastructure, lighting technology/HCL, emergency power systems).
• Systems expertise: Independent planning, optimization, maintenance and repair of complex operating, switching and control systems.
• Interface management: Close, equal-footing cooperation with electrical planners, site managers and external service providers to ensure the quality of our major projects.
• Knowledge transfer: Technical leadership in projects as well as mentoring and supporting apprentices and junior colleagues.

• Education & expertise: Completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d) for industrial or building systems, with successful further training as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d).
• Professional experience: Many years of in-depth practical experience in building technology, electrical engineering and ideally in construction-accompanying project work. You can work independently from day one.
• Specialist knowledge: Enthusiasm for and deep understanding of state-of-the-art systems (renewable energy, storage technology, e-mobility).
• Working style: Highest service orientation, analytical problem solving, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Digital mindset: Confident use of CAFM tools, technical documentation and Office/Google products.
