Junior Buyer, International Procurement, Refrigeration Technology

As part of Team SCOS, you support the international procurement of refrigeration technology for the Schwarz Group's own operations. This full-time role in Heilbronn covers purchasing strategies, tenders, negotiations, supplier assessment and process improvement.

• Purchasing strategy: Help develop and implement purchasing strategies for refrigeration technology.
• Tenders: Support tender processes from preparation to completion and actively help draft and review contracts.
• Negotiations: Use your negotiation skills to secure the best terms for the entire Schwarz Group and take responsibility for sourcing and ongoing supplier assessment.
• Improvement: Use sound analysis and key figures to improve processes and prices and actively identify further opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting: Organise data clearly and help prepare presentations and decision papers for senior management.
• Stakeholder management: Serve as a reliable contact for internal stakeholders and coordinate refrigeration procurement matters.
• Innovation: Drive new ideas to improve your areas of responsibility.

• Education: You have completed a degree with a business focus, such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Management, or completed commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience.
• Experience: Ideally, you have gained some practical experience in technical purchasing or procurement through internships, student jobs or your first roles after training.
• Working style: You work independently, in a structured way and with personal responsibility, and keep track of complex tasks.
• Analysis: You have a strong understanding of numbers, work carefully and have strong analytical skills, with a confident and dependable manner.
• IT skills: Confident use of Google Workspace applications, especially Google Sheets and Slides, is required.
• Mindset: You think creatively, focus on solutions and bring strong communication and teamwork skills to our team.
• Languages: Your very good German and English allow you to communicate confidently in our international environment.
