Working Student in HR / Personnel and Health Management

Working student role in personnel and health management at MEG Jessen GmbH's beverage plant in Jessen. Start immediately or according to your availability, working up to 20 hours per week with the option to work remotely for part of your time.

• Help shape personnel and health management at our beverage plant in Jessen
• Prepare and carry out recruitment activities, from job adverts and application management to onboarding employees
• Organise training sessions and pre-employment and fitness assessments, and record them in the system
• Help improve environmental protection, workplace safety and health protection
• Support activities run by our health team, such as health days
• Contribute your own ideas and plans to keep improving our internal processes
• Take responsibility for smaller projects across different departments, such as lean management, production, engineering, logistics and supply chain management, or quality assurance

• Current university studies, preferably in business, social sciences or health
• Initial experience in this field, for example through previous internships, is welcome
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt your communication to your audience
• You can work from our office in Jessen two days per week
