About this Apprenticeship
As an electronics technician for IT/IoT building technology systems, you will connect technology, electronics and networked IT control for smart and climate-friendly building systems. You will work at companies on site or remotely.
What You'll Learn
- You will learn relevant programming languages, install software and connect it into intelligent infrastructure solutions.
- Training in fire detection and security technology
- Training in control and measurement technology
- Training in automation systems
- Training in network technology
- Training in IT security
- You will secure buildings with smart video-surveillance and access-control systems and ensure that fires are detected early with fire-alarm systems.
- After completing the apprenticeship, you may provide services for energy-management solutions, configure smart devices for cloud-based building systems and commission them.
- You will implement applications and smart solutions for the cities of the future.
Requirements
- At least a Mittlere Reife school-leaving qualification
