About this Apprenticeship
Would you like a varied role and are you interested in mechanics, electrical engineering and electronics? Then become a mechatronics technician at Siemens Mobility and help ensure that our trains run reliably. During the apprenticeship, you will learn to analyse systems for faults, maintain and optimise them, and ensure high quality.
What You'll Learn
As a mechatronics technician, you will build, install and maintain mechanical and electronic components and connect them using modern programming software. At Siemens Mobility, you will work in production, commissioning or on railway technology installation sites. Your tasks include manufacturing, commissioning and maintaining trains or individual train components, as well as analysing, testing and documenting electrical systems and mechatronic systems.
Requirements
- Interest in mathematics, physics and technology
- Interest in practical and technical work
- At least an intermediate secondary school qualification
- Motivation to help shape the mobility of the future
