What You'll Learn
- Solid training: Start your career with a practical sales apprenticeship with lots of customer contact and take on responsibility early
- Varied challenges: Get to know all facets of the insurance business, from customer advice to application review to claims settlement
- Building skills: Gain solid business knowledge in vocational school and seminars and strengthen your communication skills
Requirements
- You have completed school education
- You stay on the ball and like to pitch in
- You are enthusiastic about sales
- Ideally you hold a class B driving license
What Signal Iduna offers
- You receive an attractive apprenticeship salary
- In the 1st year of training 1,355 euros
- In the 2nd year of training 1,432 euros
- In the 3rd year of training 1,520 euros
- A special payment subsidizes not only your vacation but also Christmas
- You additionally receive sales-based pay
- With 30 days of vacation a year you can lie in the sun or hike in the mountains
- After training you have the option of a 2-year employment contract or going straight into self-employment
