About this Apprenticeship
As an employed customer advisor (m/f/d) at the DEVK branch office Ziplies, you join the agency team in Dülmen and help make the service for customers even better. Full-time, permanent, starting 1 February 2027.
What You'll Learn
- You advise and support long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters.
- You build lasting customer relationships.
- You win new customers - without cold calling.
- You review and optimise our customers' current insurance situation.
- You manage and settle minor claims.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training as an insurance and financial investment clerk (m/f/d) or insurance specialist (m/f/d)
- Experience in customer consulting or sales
- Strong communication skills, sales talent, enjoyment of individual consulting
- Car driving licence
