Your responsibilities: Identification of optimization potentials and promotion of agile working methods, participation in the definition of tribe goals, future organizational structure, and cross-tribe strategic initiatives (e.g., data strategy, data governance, data architecture, and AI roadmaps), active shaping of team building and trusting, transparent exchange within our leadership circle to promote a collaborative leadership culture, conducting coachings, feedback talks, and agreeing on development goals, disciplinary leadership and unification of employees in a professional home that promotes cross-squad exchange, support, and mutual understanding in the field of Data & AI, value-oriented deployment of employees into squads considering business objectives and close cooperation with Product Owners, conception, realization, and optimization of IT solutions for the analytical application landscape with focus on cross-cutting applications and compliance with modern data governance and regulatory standards (e.g., DORA, data protection), responsibility for the process domain ensuring IT operations & security within our tribe.

• Responsibility for the process domain ensuring IT operations & security within our tribe

• Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification
• Technological and strategic foresight for data ecosystems and deep understanding of the potentials of data and AI considering data security, regulation (e.g., DORA) and governance requirements
• Strong leadership and communication skills, team orientation, and motivation talent with proven (first) professional or disciplinary leadership experience
• Strong analytical skills, structured way of working, and high degree of initiative
• Empathic, integrative, and reflective personality that actively promotes a trusting, collaborative cooperation in the leadership team
• Fluent German and good English skills in written and spoken form
