Office Employee for General Agency

Office-based role in a SIGNAL IDUNA general agency covering office management, customer contact and back-office support for sales.

• Office management including handling incoming and outgoing mail and email
• Preparing and supporting the preparation and follow-up of internal appointments
• Customer interaction in person and by phone, including active and passive appointment scheduling
• Back-office activities supporting sales

• Ideally a completed commercial apprenticeship
• Experience in office management or in the workflows of an insurance business
• Experience in dealing with customers in person and by phone, and strong customer orientation
• Sociability
