Office Support Employee

• Office management and communication: Manage all incoming and outgoing post and business email to keep information flowing smoothly
• Customer care: Be the first point of contact for customers in person or by telephone, proactively arrange appointments and handle appointment requests
• Appointment management: Help your team prepare for and follow up on internal meetings
• Active sales support: Take on essential back office tasks to support the sales team and contribute to shared success

• You have successfully completed commercial vocational training
• You have experience in office management or knowledge of insurance specific work processes
• You have a strong service and customer focus and experience dealing with customers in person and by telephone
• You are flexible with working hours
• You enjoy making contact with people
