About this Apprenticeship
SIGNAL IDUNA offers a two-year development programme in insurance sales. Supported by an experienced sales professional, you manage an assigned customer base, win new customers and provide insurance advice. After two years, you can become an independent agent under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code.

- Teamwork: Receive ongoing guidance and support from an experienced sales professional
- Existing customer care: Start with an assigned customer base and build customer loyalty
- New customer acquisition: Win new customers and steadily expand your customer base
- Advice: Give customers expert advice on all insurance questions and needs, from initial enquiries to policy changes
- Financial independence: Benefit from a secure income and the chance to earn more through successful work
Requirements
- You have completed an IHK vocational qualification in insurance and financial investments within the last 12 months
- Ideally, you already have experience in insurance sales
- You are well organised, take a practical approach and work responsibly towards results
