Product Owner Corporate Clients bAV & bKV

SIGNAL IDUNA, one of the largest German insurers and financial service providers, is looking for an entrepreneurial leader for occupational pension (bAV) and occupational health insurance (bKV) for corporate clients, industry solutions and employee business. They are not looking for a pure administrator, but a visionary leader.

• You take on professional leadership of a dedicated team, inspire your colleagues and create an appreciative, motivating work environment that fosters top performance
• You skillfully combine sales dynamics with the strategic goals of our head office. A key task is assessing sustainable profitability in the corporate client business to consistently align your team's actions
• With your sound expertise in bAV and bKV, you translate complex requirements into a clear, prioritized roadmap that creates measurable value for the company
• You confidently represent your team's vision to all contacts and stakeholders, manage collaboration at key interfaces and create the conditions for your team to focus on excellent results
• You represent us at top level and, when needed, step in directly for the Tribe Lead, convincing in dialogue with other leaders, the board and external partners

• You bring deep expertise in bAV and bKV, know the products, the market and the regulatory requirements well, and meet our experts as an equal
• You have already successfully led a team of 8–10 people professionally, know how to unite strong personalities behind a common goal, and can turn conflict into productive energy
