Customer Service / Direct Sales Directorate Administrator, Leipzig, until 30 November 2027

SIGNAL IDUNA is seeking an administrator for customer service and its direct sales directorate in Leipzig. The role runs until 30 November 2027 and covers customer support, policy changes, sales campaigns and preparing quotes across several insurance lines.

• Proactively contact customers through all modern media
• Proactively handle policy changes and renewals across several insurance lines
• Proactively run sales campaigns with direct brokering
• Provide comprehensive customer support across several insurance lines
• Prepare all customer and prospect contacts: select customers, create contact lists and develop arguments explaining the benefits
• Prepare quotes and broker applications
• Follow up on customer contacts

• Completed vocational training in insurance and finance
• Knowledge of all insurance lines
• Detailed knowledge of property and casualty insurance
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Strong customer focus
