About this Apprenticeship
SIGNAL IDUNA is looking for an independent agency successor who takes over an existing customer base, with a contractually guaranteed succession arrangement and guaranteed income.
What You'll Learn
- Guaranteed succession and financial security: You not only take over an existing customer base but receive a secure, long-term outlook through our contractually guaranteed succession arrangement, plus an attractive guaranteed income for your financial independence
- Proactive customer care and strategic growth: You actively look after your fixed customer base, expand it strategically and secure loyal, long-term customer relationships with tailored insurance solutions
- Service-oriented contact person: As contact person (m/f/d) for your customers you handle all their concerns in a service-oriented way, from general enquiries to contract changes
Requirements
- have completed training as an insurance specialist (IHK) or a comparable qualification with proof of expertise
- have already gained several years of professional experience in the insurance industry
- work as an organisational talent with a hands-on mentality, responsibly and success-oriented
