About this Apprenticeship
SIGNAL IDUNA is looking for self-employed agency successors to gradually take over an existing insurance agency with an established customer base.
What You'll Learn
- Secure the succession: gradually take over an existing agency with an established customer base
- Existing customer care: start with a transferred customer portfolio and strengthen customer loyalty
- New customer acquisition: win new customers and continuously expand your customer base
- Consulting: competent advice on all insurance questions and wishes, from enquiry to contract change
- Entrepreneurial freedom: build your own insurance business and organise your working day flexibly
- Financial independence: secure income and extra earnings through successful work
Requirements
- Ideally a completed apprenticeship as an insurance specialist (IHK) or a comparable qualification with proof of expertise
- Already gained several years of professional experience in insurance sales
- Responsible and results-oriented way of working as an organisational talent with a hands-on mentality
