About this Apprenticeship
As a self-employed SIGNAL IDUNA agency partner, build your own agency and work with another agency. Take over an existing customer base, advise on insurance and bring in new customers.
What You'll Learn
- Teamwork: Work closely with another agency as a partner and develop together
- Existing customer care: Start with an assigned customer base and strengthen customer loyalty
- New customer acquisition: Win new customers and continuously expand your customer base
- Advice: Provide expert advice on all insurance questions and needs, from initial enquiries to contract changes
- Business freedom: Build your own agency and arrange your working day flexibly
- Financial independence: Receive a secure income with the potential to earn more through successful work
Requirements
- Ideally, completed vocational training as an insurance specialist with an IHK qualification, or a comparable qualification with proof of professional competence
- Ideally, previous experience in insurance sales
- Strong organisational skills and a practical approach, working responsibly and focusing on results
