• Play a key role in the design and integration of the transformation project (Build, Buy, Reengineer)
• Accompany the move from the legacy world to the current technology stack and connect mainframe logic with modern Java applications
• Be developer, advisor and pathfinder for the whole team during the system transformation

• Solid professional experience (senior level) in software development
• Confident with the mainframe, including z/OS, Cobol, DB2 and JCL
• Mastery of full-stack Java, especially Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, MQ and REST APIs
• Experience in health insurance, ideally with deep understanding of (existing-policy) administration systems
• Routine working with Scrum or Kanban; ideally first experience with Google Cloud and Google AI
• Strong teamwork, communication skills and analytical thinking
