Road Maintenance Worker

You inspect roads, bridges, and parking lots for damage and ensure their maintenance You learn to create, repair, and renew paved and asphalt surfaces You set up traffic signs, apply road markings, and secure construction and accident sites You ensure drainage facilities remain functional and rainwater can drain safely You maintain green areas along roads, cut back trees and shrubs, and create green strips You perform winter service and apply measures for traffic and occupational safety in road operations

You have at least a Hauptschulabschluss Typ A (after grade 10) You enjoy manual work with physical effort You are interested in construction work as well as machines and tools You value teamwork and contribute to a good working atmosphere You complete your tasks carefully, reliably, and responsibly You like working outdoors and are weatherproof
