Transfer of acquired knowledge into practice through internships in various departments of a job center. Counseling of clients under the legal framework of SGB II. Getting to know networks and introduction to the practice of employment-oriented case management. Internship in another field of work as well as in a commercial enterprise.

University entrance qualification or university of applied sciences entrance qualification after passing an aptitude test. Due to the field of deployment, language skills and knowledge of the cultural basics of one of the larger migrant groups in Pforzheim are an advantage.
