You have at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or are about to graduate. You are familiar with MS Office programs like Word or Excel, and you would like to learn how to write business emails. With open communication you like to approach other people and enjoy fulfilling our customers' wishes. You consider yourself a team player, not a lone fighter.
