You have at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) at the start of the apprenticeship. A very good level of German (C2 or native speaker level) is recommended. You are open-minded and enjoy contact with people. Customer satisfaction is your top priority.

Apprenticeship in full-time or part-time possible. Apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years (full-time). You receive €1,400 in the 1st year, €1,470 in the 2nd year, and €1,550 in the 3rd year (pro-rated for part-time). 30 days vacation per year (pro-rated for part-time). Vocational school usually located at your apprenticeship branch. You receive an education grant (e.g. for a tablet).
