From day one you are part of the team and actively in customer contact (in the branch and by phone). You advise customers e.g. on loans and financial provision and offer them suitable products. You have at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) at the start of the apprenticeship. Because you have customer contact from the start, we recommend a very good level of German (C2 or native speaker level). You are open-minded and enjoy dealing with people. Customer satisfaction is your top priority. In the long term many doors are open to you, for example as a branch manager.

Apprenticeship possible full-time or part-time. Please indicate in your application if you want a part-time apprenticeship. The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years (full-time). You receive €1,400 in the 1st year, €1,470 in the 2nd year and €1,550 in the 3rd year (pro-rated for part-time). You have 30 days of vacation per year (pro-rated for part-time). Your vocational school is usually located at the site of your training branch. You receive an education grant (e.g. for a tablet to use our digital learning offer).
