You have at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) at the start of the apprenticeship. Since you have direct customer contact from the start of the apprenticeship, we recommend a very good level of German (C2 or native speaker level). You are open-minded and enjoy contact with people. Customer satisfaction is your top priority. In the long term, many doors are open to you with us, for example as a branch manager.

Apprenticeship in full-time or part-time possible. Please indicate in your application if you would like to do a part-time apprenticeship. The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years (in full-time). You receive €1,400 in the 1st year, €1,470 in the 2nd year, and €1,550 in the 3rd year (pro-rated for part-time). You have 30 days of vacation per year (pro-rated for part-time). Your vocational school is usually located at the site of your apprenticeship branch. You receive an education grant (e.g., for a tablet to use our digital learning offerings).
