From day one, you are part of the team and actively in customer contact (in the branch and by phone). You advise customers on loans and financial provision and offer them suitable products. We teach you practically everything important for your tasks with us. Your trainers are always at your side. You participate in digital trainings and seminars in our academy.

You have at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) at the start of your apprenticeship. Since you will have direct customer contact from the start of your apprenticeship, we recommend a very good level of German (C2 or native speaker level). You are open-minded and enjoy contact with people. Customer satisfaction is your top priority. In the long term, many doors are open to you with us, for example as a branch manager.

What we offer you: Apprenticeship in full-time or part-time possible. The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years (in full-time). You receive €1,400 in the 1st year, €1,470 in the 2nd year, and €1,550 in the 3rd year (pro-rated for part-time). You have 30 days of vacation per year (pro-rated for part-time). Your vocational school is usually located at your apprenticeship branch. You receive an education grant (e.g., for a tablet to use our digital learning offerings).
