Preparing quotations and orders; identifying individual customer needs and advising customers; presenting the product range; learning about sales, purchasing, warehousing and logistics; applying the theoretical foundations learned at vocational school.

At least an intermediate secondary school certificate or close to completing it; familiarity with Word and Excel and willingness to learn how to write business emails; open communication and enjoyment of fulfilling customer needs; ability to work in a team; good manners and reliability.
