You have at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or are about to graduate; You are familiar with MS Office programs like Word and Excel, and you want to learn how to write business emails; You enjoy approaching people with open communication and take pleasure in fulfilling our customers' wishes; You consider yourself a team player, not a lone fighter; In your environment you are valued for your pleasant manners and reliability.
