Stromnetz Berlin GmbH offers a three-year dual study programme in Industrial Engineering/Electrical Engineering in Berlin starting on 1 September 2027, in cooperation with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim. The programme combines theory phases with practical assignments in various departments and a bachelor's thesis at the company.

• Alternate between theory phases at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim and practical assignments at Stromnetz Berlin

• Good university entrance qualification or advanced technical college entrance qualification with a grade of at least 2.5
• Very good German skills at least at B2 level and good English skills
• Interest in mathematics, physics and electrical engineering topics
• Enjoyment of understanding connections and developing solutions
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
