Building Cleaner for Maintenance Cleaning

• Responsibility for cleanliness and maintenance of residential complexes.
• Cleaning of stairwells and entrances.
• Execution of special cleaning, e.g., after apartment renovations, as well as glass cleaning.

• Training: as a building cleaner or comparable vocational training.
• Professional experience: in maintenance cleaning.
• Driver's license: class B required.
• Personal strengths: reliable work ethic with a strong service and customer orientation, teamwork, self-motivation, flexibility.
